Subscription payments to QAForgeHub are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. QAForgeHub does not provide prorated refunds or credits for the unused portion of a billing period after cancellation.
Duplicate charges, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances may be reviewed by DleetSoft on a case-by-case basis — contact support@qaforgehub.com to raise one. Nothing in this policy limits any right that cannot legally be waived.
Cancelling a subscription stops future automatic renewal — it does not, on its own, refund amounts already paid. See the Terms of Service's Cancellation section for exactly what cancelling does and doesn't change, and when it takes effect.
